For Euro Pride House 2016, the FSGL, in the framework of the global Queering football program, with the support of the 19th arrondissement City Hall and the City of Paris are organising a gala match, open to all, to promote awareness for the fight against discrimination and homophobia in sport in general, and football in particular.
What: Gala Match
Where: Jules Ladoumègue stadium, 39 rue des Petits Ponts – 75019 Paris
When: Sunday, 26th June, 10 am
The Euro Pride House 2016 mission is to provide LGBTIQ visibility, combat stereotypes and promote an open and tolerant football culture where everyone is welcome.
A Pride House is a safe, comfortable place that welcomes all athletes, fans and LGBT visitors and their friends. It is a place where you can exchange with others, learn about homophobia in sport, find out about LGBT associations and clubs, take part in competitions, and enjoy Euro2016.
The activities will kick off at 10h00 and Andrea Fuchs, delegate for the Borough Council, in charge of gender equality, and the fight against discrimination and human rights, will speak at
10h50, followed by Sylvain Coopman, FSGL president. A minute's silence will be observed in memory of the victims of the attack on a gay club in Orlando, and in support of their families and friends. The match will kick off afterwards.
The FSGL and its member Parisian football clubs, FC Paris Arc-En-Ciel & les PanamBoyz United invite you to come along and enjoy and take part in this day.
Participants will be divided into three 11-a-side teams and play under our slogan:
« BE YOURSELF TO PLAY TOGETHER »
After the Gala Match there is a live transmission of the round of 16 game at 3pm.

Dimanche 26 juin, la FSGL, avec le soutien précieux de la Mairie du 19e arrondissement et de la Ville de Paris, organise un match de gala, ouvert à toutes et tous, pour sensibiliser le public à la lutte contre les discriminations et l’homophobie dans le sport et plus particulièrement le
football. Cette démarche s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’Euro Pride House et l’Euro 2016.
L'Euro Pride House a pour mission de donner de la visibilité, de combattre les clichés et de
promouvoir une culture foot ouverte et tolérante. L’Euro Pride House permet de rencontrer des athlètes, fans et visiteurs LGBT, ainsi que leurs ami.es dans un cadre bienveillant. L’Euro Pride House permet d’échanger et de s’informer sur l’homophobie dans le sport, de découvrir les associations LGBT, et d’assister aux retransmissions des matchs de l’Euro 2016...
Une minute de silence sera observée en mémoire des victimes d’Orlando et de Magnanville.
La FSGL ainsi que ses associations membres parisiennes de football, le FC Paris Arc-En-Ciel & les PanamBoyz United vous invite à participer à cette journée d’échanges et de football.
Les personnes présentes seront réparties pour constituer 3 équipes de football à 11 afin de rendre concret notre slogan:
« Etre soi-même pour jouer ensemble ».
Après le match, nous vous proposons d'aller au Bar'ouf pour la retransmission du 8ème de finale à 15h.
